What we do
(we)GROW is an innovative startup that is dedicated to fostering innovation and growth among school students in Italy and around the world. Our venture-building programs provide young people with the tools, resources, and mentorship they need to develop their entrepreneurial skills, cultivate their creativity, and transform their ideas into viable businesses.
At (we)GROW, we believe that every student has the potential to be a changemaker, and we are committed to helping them realize their potential and build disruptive ventures. Our programs are designed to be engaging, interactive, and fun, providing students with a hands-on learning experience that allows them to develop their problem-solving skills, learn about market research, and gain a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial process.
Our formats
Our 10-steps program can be adapted to different needs so as to be incorporated smoothly into the didactic plan. We have two different formats through which we erogate our learning plan. The standard path is 10 weeks long, and contact hours are once a week for half a day (i.e. one afternoon per week, Saturday mornings…). We also offer a condensed version of the learning plan that can be erogated in one or two consecutive weeks (i.e. summer or winter intensives), where each day we deep dive one or two sections of the learning plan. Here we touch upon the most crucial elements of the learning plan, so as to give a broad introduction to entrepreneurship.



Who we are
We are three young entrepreneurs with a mission to grow tomorrows’ revolutionary changemakers. By developing a no-entry fee educational program, we want to democratize access to entrepreneurship, so as to cultivate and value young talents who want to be the Change, all of it made a little bit more magic by our Product Design Expert.
Our approach
Our hands-on approach, provides business challenges to students from real market analysis leveraging corporate involvement. This pragmatic approach allows (we)GROW to be the perfect introduction to the job market, in which, a few years later, the students will be immersed in. Our program is designed to be powered by technology, so as to foster the adoption of digital skills by young students.
Soft skills are at the core of our efforts. We value the importance of teaching soft skills, such as public speaking and team work, to young changemakers, so as to make them ready to disrupt the market.
Our beliefs
Our purpose, what drives us is to empower youth by bringing them closer to entrepreneurship values and mindset.
Like many among our peers, we want to have an impact on our surroundings, we want to be the change, we feel the urge to give purpose to our actions and choices. So we worked on our strengths and talents and came out with (we)GROW, to enable youth success and social mobility.
We want to revolutionize the world of entrepreneurship by training new generations to be the changemaker, they often dream to be.
To do so we had to build a fully no-entry fee program. Because nowadays, too often, your social, economic and geographic background plays a role in determining the success of your newly-born business. And this is unacceptable. Too many times new entrepreneurs are either sons of other entrepreneurs, or startuppers that come out of very expensive business programs. Socio-economic capital matters too much when considering taking an entrepreneurial risk.

At (we)GROW we believe that every student has the potential to be a changemaker, and we are committed to helping them realize their potential. Our programs are designed to provide problem-solving skills, critical thinking spirit and build a rich foundation to start their own ventures. Giving them the basics to gain a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial process.
Furthermore, the acquisition of an entrepreneur mindset equips the students to be best suited for the future job market, given that proactivity, innovation and problem-solving (core competencies of an entrepreneur) are highly valued skills by talent acquisition specialists in a variety of industries.



Digital Skills
The program is designed to be digital skills intensive. The regular use of digital tools during the program allows students to build a solid foundation to build familiarity with the main softwares and instruments used in the job market. These skills are highly requested selection criteria when entering the job market. The (we)GROW program empowers schools in better positioning their students within the job market, thanks to the acquisition of highly requested digital skills (Search Engine Marketing, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Code and no-code website building…).
Furthermore the program allows each and every student to focus on the skills that best align with their personality and preferences, so that everyone can work on the business idea from a different angle that fits and fosters its capabilities.
Soft Skills
Softs skills are at the core of our learning approach. Public speaking, Teamwork and Critical thinking are only few of the competences we incorporated into our didactic plan, so as to provide young talents with the skills to be successful in their future careers. By offering occasions for collaboration, presentation and analysis, we build plenty of opportunities for students to work on their soft skills and apply them into a working environment. No matter which career paths each individual will choose, these skills will accompany them and support their success.



Young people are creating their own job standards, making talent retention tricky for traditional companies. Youth is hungry for change, they want to be the change, but often they are missing crucial guidance in order to fully redefine job culture. (we)GROW offers to the youth the tools to transform their big objectives into pragmatic skills, competences and plans while giving companies a chance to have their say in building the future pool of talents.
